At PDC we have since 1991 successfully assisted a number of internationally operating companies within the High-Tech market-sector to establish and expand their operations within German-speaking Europe. Not only have we been particularly successful in finding qualified executives and technology specialists for clients with new business activities starting up in Germany, but also for organizations undergoing re-organizations as a result of take-over or merger.
Our success to-date is also based on the ability of Peter Dudgeon to bridge the gap between the different mentalities concerned, thereby ensuring realistic expectancy levels and a better understanding between the English and German speaking clients and candidates, as well as the most effective communication in their respective native tongues. Furthermore, we are close to the needs of the local market, understand the different trends and regional requirements and are able to draw upon our German based "network" of industry contacts.
In addition to that Peter Dudgeon is also well known as one of the early pioneers in the field of outplacement consulting in Germany. During the late 1980's he was instrumental in promoting the concept of outplacement through appearances on local TV and radio stations and regular publications in the national German press. Since then, Peter Dudgeon has extended this supportive offering to include a range of career management services, such as Executive Coaching, individual Career Counseling and a Module to develop active Job Search Strategies.
